We at Scrabo Heli Club welcome anyone that wishes to explore the sport of rc heli flying, you will be most welcome to visit the club and ask all the questions you may have, we will advise you on the right machine, equipment and accessories, including all safety points, our site also displays links on where to buy your heli, from our experience these shops are professionals, come along and ask the members their experiences.
Scrabo heli club supports and promotes the BMFA acheivement scheme of Certificate A and B Heli, as from 1st January 2011, Scraboheliclub will require anyone that wishes to fly at the club site to hold a certificate heli A.
Scrabo heli club has a very experienced pilot in nitro and electric, this pilot has built hundreds of T-Rex 450, 600E and T-Rex 500E, come along and meet our pilots for peace of mind.
Nitro heli's the only seen issue is engine tunning and this may be due to the lack of knowledge/experience on engine setup, it is so easy to setup an engine, so are you having trouble with engine tunning? dont let engine tunning beat you, come to us for the right, proven tunning, we will help you get the best from your engine, engine tunning called the Black Art! by David Nolan.
